தமிழக அரசு கொரோனோ தொற்று காரணமாக மக்களின் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை கருத்தில் கொண்டு கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் கல்வி பயிலும் பெற்றோர்களிடம் கட்டண தொகை பெறுவது தொடர்பாக சுற்றறிக்கை வெளியிட்டது. ஆனால் பல் வேறு பள்ளிகள் அரசு விதிகளை மீறி முறையற்ற வகையில் கட்டணம் வசூலில் ஈடுபட்டு வந்தனர்.

இந்நிலையில் மக்கள் நலனில் அக்கறை கொள்ளாத பள்ளிகள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க கோரி The Tamil Nadu Nursery Primary Matriculation Higher Secondary Schools Association,  State Secretary Mr.K.R.Nandakumar என்பவர் சார்பாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டது.

இன்று (23/09/2020) இது சம்பந்தமாக 17/07/2020 அன்று அரசாணை அடிப்படையில் நீதிமன்ற ஆணையை மேற்கோள் காட்டி தீர்ப்பு வழங்கிய நீதி அமர்வு விதிமுறைகளை மீறிய பள்ளிகள் மீது நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு வழக்கு பதிவு செய்ய உத்தரவிட்டதுடன் அப்பள்ளிகளின் தாளாளர்கள் அடுத்து 14/10/2020 அன்று நடைபெற உள்ள விசாரனைக்கு அப்பள்ளிகளின் தாளாளர்கள் ஆஜாராக உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளனர். அப்பள்ளிகளின் விபரம் கீழே:-
